Download TM bill

Yesterday I have  checked email inbox. I have tried to download it but it just show scanning loading. 
No file was downloaded.
Even, I tried to save to my computer, it still same.

Today, I have tried to save into my dropbox.
It's work.I can download and save to my computer via dropbox.
